Quadrino Support
Before submitting a ticket you may want to review the top issues I get from customers:
- MINTHROTTLE not set properly. This is by far the most common issue and it results in the copter crashing or wobbling funny during flight maneuvers. Make sure you have followed the FLIGHT CHECK section of the Quick Start Guide.
- The copter powers up but won't arm the motors This is invariably due to the transmitter ranges not extending beyond the 1050 and 1900 range, see the Transmitter Tutorial. Also, if there is an ACC or GYRO failure then the copter will not ARM, see the next item.
- Sensors are not working properly or getting I2C errors in the MultiWii GUI This is usually caused by incorrect sensor settings in the Firmware Tool. Go through the Firmware Tool process again and on the second page enter your serial# and click LOOKUP. If you have a V1D board with an upgraded barometer than you may have to select the MS5611 baro in the sensor section manually. If the sensors seem fine but you are still getting I2C errors then check in the Options tab to see if the GPS or OLED or sonar sensor is enabled (but not present on the board). If you still have issues, then submit a ticket.
